Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of alinajidkova.com and any coaching, lessons, or video review services offered by Alina Jidkova ("we," "our," or "us"). By booking, purchasing, or participating in our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide professional tennis coaching, lessons, and video review services, both in person and online.

2. Payments

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

In-Person or Live Coaching Sessions

• 24-Hour Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
• Less than 24 Hours / No-Show: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or failure to attend, will be charged in full and are not refundable.

Video Review Services

• Once a video has been submitted and the booking is confirmed, the service is considered delivered and no refunds will be issued.
• If a technical issue prevents us from reviewing your video, we will work with you to resolve it or offer a credit toward another service.

4. Assumption of Risk

Participation in tennis training involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks. By booking and attending lessons, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks of injury, accident, or harm.

5. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alina Jidkova is not responsible or liable for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages resulting from participation in services. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit to participate.

6. No Guarantees

We strive to provide high-quality coaching and feedback, but we make no guarantees regarding specific results, performance improvements, or outcomes.

7. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward the coach, facilities, and other participants. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services without refund in cases of misconduct.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States.
